      Pros

      After your first year there is a anual bonus in December

      Cons

      There are no other bonuses or incentives to work extra days. They now have front facing cameras so it’s honestly not worth the pay if you have experience because they don’t allow headsets or hands free devices

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
