      Great discount, probably the best in retail in America.

      Cons

      ASLs think they're too good for everyone else, the LP crew track employees more than customers, the conservative culture that the scheels family tries to create, bringing jesus and jesus songs into everything

      Pros

      Good stock program for retirement if you’re there for at least three years

      Cons

      You will be micromanaged every minute by at least 20 individuals. You have to inform a coworker or supervisor if you’re even just going to the bathroom no matter your position.
