Pros
Healthy work environment, supportive management. As a remote area employee, the company provided a decent entertainment for the employees. The company does really take care of its employees health and safety with multiple courses all around the year.
Cons
The paycheck doesn’t meet our expectations, we get less than what we worked for. A 12 hour shift worker in the middle of nowhere and nearly 2 hours of nearest civilization should have paid more than this. Some employees ignore wearing PPE putting themselves and other people in the face of a probability of getting harmed, foremen acting as if they don’t know about it if the job going to be done.
