      Great floor staff, but some depts have poor management style - Finance and Accounting Saputo Employee Review

      Pros

      Supportive and knowledgeable floor staff. Good pay and great benefits. 401K matching. SAP roll out, while an internally shaky experience, was badly needed. Props to the company for a long overdue ERP update.

      Cons

      Depending on the department, management support is either present or virtually nonexistent. Management tends to play favorites and does not do much to hide doing so.
