I have been here for 3.5 years. Many interesting things happen in sankhya technologies. 1. Company is good at exploring new technologies. We are always on research and re-engineering with new technology on exiting product gets learning awesome experience. 2. In company,Discussing with new ideas in the market is most valuable. 3. Work environment is always as simple as that. If you have work enjoy, don't have work then research new technologies and present your ideas. 4. Company had developed a client centered model where product can be flexible to their requirements and ease of development. 5. Management is taking each possible risk to make employee first environment. 6. Company's Domain knowledge is very precious and expensive knowledge in current market. 7. International client structure making us to learn new approaches and gaining new chances to grow. 8. Work making us enjoyable. And also can learn pressure and making us tough in any market. 9. Company provides end to end knowledge for each employee which processes more transparent of project life cycle and also policies make it more secure.
