      Never Ever Join Sankhya Infotech Limited and save your career

      Pros

      There is no pros to join the company, The only way one can stay in the company if he can laugh and listen to stupid talks of the CMD

      Cons

      No increments, no work exposure, no foreign clients, no staff welfare, no policy, you would learn how to make false statement, no standing the market

      Pros

      No one working in this company for even six months. If employees for asking confirmation letter after six months, MD will simply terminate them.

      Cons

      No one is continuing the following positions for more than six months. Receptionist 1month Java developers 4 months Accountants 5 months System administrator 5 months Software developers 6 months Graphic designer 5 months. This is based on my experience.

      I was very happy to work in my organization because of obtained and learned more work. and Implemented new technologies.finally i was extremely well satisfied with my work as a java developer. recently i have got the appraisal. my Organization recognized and given me the good hike regarding to my performance.it was very useful for my financial growth. I am very thankful to my organization.

      Cons

      in my organization work is more but that is also helpful for my career growth.
