Frequent updates and supportive admin team - Specialist Speech and Language Therapist Saltroad Employee Review

I’m still new to Saltroad but I have enjoyed how easy it is so far. The team are very supportive and approachable, and make it very easy to get clients. There are opportunities for CPD with external speakers and very little to do in terms of admin. The clinical notes section and appointments make it easy to keep track and keep it all in one place. This is perfect if you want some additional clients alongside your current NHS/LA job!

I’d like to see a larger range of referrals rather than those that align with my 3 specialist areas, so my caseload can be more varied.

Sometimes parents are not willing to take online sessions so that’s a challenge. The cut Saltroad takes is 20% from the therapist and 10% from the client- this makes the final price to the customer pretty high but when they pay they only see the 10% service charge on the payment page, so they sometimes think the therapist is unreasonably expensive.
