CMMI Level 2 company, ISO certified. Now CMMI Level 3 process is going on. Good friendly environment, We can enjoy the work and having fun, can learn new thinks, will encourage innovative ideas etc.,

No con's as so far I have been seen till now.

Healthy organization that discusses and shares the common goal - Grow and let grow Management and employee interactions are really good Individual teams, heads and management always encourages the talent and resources to come up with the new ideas either in the successful completion of projects or new products Really helped many resources to get trained on various skills that are lacking personally Adapts to new opportunities and changes
