1. Lovely working environment 2. Given all the liberty to work 3. No micro management 4. Higher authorities are very helpful 5. Activities other than work is always maintained, like CSR, Cultural and Sports

Cons

1. Salary is less compared to other companies 2. Rivalry between departments 3. Facilities for employees is not there, like, cab facility at night, canteen, play time space, etc

Not a single of pros, but never join this company. The management is useless and the HR is even worse

Cons

No hikes and bare minimum salary with atleast 3 months of serve period. I had to make a bond of 3 years and had no salary during the lockdown and was forced to stay in the company
