      -Top-level leadership displays strong sustainability knowledge but weak business acumen -Team members are bulldogged by upper leadership, communication suffers as a result -Feedback is received as personal rather than objective for the good of the company -Resource allocation

      Strong CEO and leadership team, committed to transparency and growth. Culture is amazing - especially with a fully remote team. Robust and powerful product that customers love.

      Remote team may not be for everyone, at SINAI it is embraced and fosters collaboration.

      -Team & people were great, they really wanted to make an impact in the climate space -CTO is awesome, focused, and knows how to work with people

      Cons

      - The CEO was the main reason behind the departures—her entire leadership team turned over, resulting in near 100% attrition. - The product was built for enterprise, but we couldn’t sell it. The CEO pushed a pivot to SMB/mid-market, but the tech wasn’t ready. She had teams adjust processes to support a product that didn’t exist yet, thinking more people could make it work. It didn’t—it failed. She got upset and blamed everyone else for everything.
