-Team & people were great, they really wanted to make an impact in the climate space -CTO is awesome, focused, and knows how to work with people
Cons
- The CEO was the main reason behind the departures—her entire leadership team turned over, resulting in near 100% attrition. - The product was built for enterprise, but we couldn’t sell it. The CEO pushed a pivot to SMB/mid-market, but the tech wasn’t ready. She had teams adjust processes to support a product that didn’t exist yet, thinking more people could make it work. It didn’t—it failed. She got upset and blamed everyone else for everything.
