SDS-RX is a well-organized company with room for career growth for those willing to work hard for it. Work Life Balance is good, despite not having standard operating hours all the time.

On call 24 hours a day 7 days a week

Easy the employees are nice an helpful for the most part

Pay is terrible for the wear and tear of your vehicle, 2 weeks pay waiting period. Long distances very tiring. Shifts are in the evening mostly, so make it back late night. The first day was rather, ghetto/unprofessional but I made it through. Rather do DoorDash.
