Pros

No pro's other than you have no boss with you in your car.

Cons

I negotiated a rate for my route. However I was being paid less than the negotiated rate even though I submitted weekly invoices. The management does things on the fly and very disorganized. When you figure your paid rate, gas, maintenance on vehicle, 20% tax cash to save for tax time (get issued a 1099), minus the excessive amount of fees they take out of your pay you're lucky if you keep in your pocket $200 for a 40-50 hour week. Don't believe a thing they promise or negotiate. They are liars and frauds!

Pros

Here is the pro of working for SDS. Their name is easy to spell.

Cons

SDS offers the minimum of everything from salaries to benefits. Just enough to say they offer it. They somehow are convinced they are a healthcare provider but are really nothing more than Doordash. The drivers are independent contractors and get paid an awful mileage rate. They are required to file for LLC status. The leadership is more concerned with how micromanaging staff then trusting them. There are no annual reviews nor raises unless you ask or threaten to leave. Run fast from this place.

Pros

Flexible if they are fair.

Cons

You have to pay for your drug test, increase your car insurance before you drive, they want you to drive 174 miles for $91. Also you can negotiate pay and agree in text but if the manager doesn't follow through they'll put what to pay you plus fees decutions about $35 a week. And if you tell them that you still owe the money they will pay you but charge you fees again as if you have drove for the week. They will communicate to there best ability to get you in, then the communication is selected. If you call the corporate number no one picks up or calls back . You do best calling eeoc or report to the better business berrow.
