Pros

It's a decent place for early career sales and industry training or if you wish to pivot into this space and need some training/short-term experience. The benefits are decent.

Cons

It's the definition of tired, legacy, closed, and not a market-driven company. They're led by an Octogenarian that's out of touch... They have little reason to be nimble and competitive. They can just live off the reoccurring rev streams, offer a few "new products," and redo the multi-year agreements. Until the CEO retires and the company is sold (or ?), I can't recommend this place to anyone in the prime earning years. The hard work you put in there will be so much more lucrative and rewarding at any similarly sized company, and indeed, if you're good/really good at a meritocratic startup, you'll thrive. SAS = Rearrange the letters starting with 'A'. :)

Pros

Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

Cons

Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
