      Unique product portfolio with a clear strength in analytics.

      Cons

      Japan office was definitely not a good place to work as the office did not respect its employees. Extremely long working hours in stressful projects and continuous pressure from managers resulting in people in various departments leaving every year.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
