      Pros

      Great atmosphere for employee calibration. Very good benefits with on-site healthcare, gym, on-site daycare.

      Cons

      Devoid of diversity in upper management. This is perpetuated by HR, which has no minorities on its management team. Opportunity for advancement very limited.
