Pros
One of the greatest places to work all around although there are some terrible people in management who completely take away from the SAS experience.
Cons
If you have a terrible manager than your entire career is railroaded. There are definitely managers in place that should not be and all that SAS stands for with employee relations and work life balance, etc is 100% useless when one of these monsters is your manager.
