Pros
The overall culture is great, the sales targets are aligned and the support system is great. Great Pay & Benefits along with people who would help you around. I have had my manager debug issues for a demo at 11 PM . If there is any benefit that's not available HR would just get that done for you. Solution Sales approach works the best for SAS and the focus is on the same.
Cons
Technology of their DM products isnt challenging enough to keep you abreast of the growing changes in the market while the Analytics stack is just amazing.
