      Pros

      SAS is still the best company to work for. I have been with SAS for 12 years and it has been great.

      Cons

      Could benefit from more parking garages but fortunately the weather is usually nice so its not that big an issue.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
