      Flexible; wonderful day care; health care. Campus is also nice. Company is very progressive in general.

      If not in statistics or research departments, growth may be limited. This is true particularly if you are in a cost center like training or marketing.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
