      Truly a great balance place to work. No one is that pressed and work life balance is great.

      Pay is definitely below average Getting promoted seems to be about how many years you have been at the company rather than merit.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
