      people first attitude investment in personal development sales enablement is great open communication actual open door policy New Unit, and flexibility around processes (this has a flip-side as well - manageable though)

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
