Pros
The pay is decent although I don't need the benefits so I can't speak for those.
Cons
The culture is rough in the shop environment. I'm was not a tech but rather worked in the service department as a OMT. Be very careful applying here. The program is good in theory but you're dealing with mechanics. The typical college grad will not enjoy this environment - myself included. I finally left because of the attitudes and lack of mentoring by management. You are put into the job and flounder and there is no real training. If you don't pick it up right away the supervisors get aggravated. The software is ancient and very glitchy. I know this sounds biased but I truly had no serious issues with the people here. I just have no desire to be apart of a toxic culture like this so I left after less than a year. I can't stress enough be very careful as a college grad applying for this.. If you can handle all the swearing, rudeness etc, you will be fine. I just couldn't do it after being around fantastic management at previous jobs.
