Pros

You always get payed on time, Always! And Yes that is important. You work with people who know what they're doing, trained and qualified professionals mostly young and with a few exceptions quite lovely. You get 3 days off after 6 days on, You get trained (when they have time or when they are in the right mood for you) for almost everything. You get to work for the best airline in Europe. You get 30 days off a year, Almost every team leader I ever worked with so far respects and listenes to you. You feel like you actually do something good every day you're at work. You have dryers for your clothes/boots etc that really come in handy during rainy days. You get a locker room, You have a break room . You get a small bonus if you're not skipping work and show up every day.

Cons

Lack of care for equipment: Stills (those small cars you see people driving your bags) are faulty, always with a broken or missing mirror, half of them don't have working heating and it feels like they're never enough on the ramp to make every crew happy. Tugs have many switches broken or not working or broken radios, window whipers , chargers don't always work... and allot of equipment can end up faulty for days. you get your uniform for rainy days and bots but don't expect any miracles, you will still get wet and not really happy. Upper management always underlines all that's bad about you, your crew and overall work no matter how hard you all try to make it right, the negatives always get thrown in your face forgetting all the positive things. No bonuses, no Christmas/Easter bonuses (maybe a bonus flight to handle if you insist). If your crew works on the 1st of January, so will you! The toilet is most of the time a disaster... and that's all I am going to say.

Pros

Decent salary, but still not enough, and not even comparable with other airlines, also the low cost ones.

Cons

Everything. The worst company I have ever worked for, 0, ZERO respect for the workers. Your are just a slave, that needs to sell as much scratch cards and products on board. If you don't do it? They will call you on your personal mobile and tell you that it's not acceptable and stuff like this, trying to scare you. I have seen people FIRED for this, and even for other stupid things. Also sometimes, it's SO unsafe! There's cabin crews, that I met, that literally don't know anything about this work, not even closing the doors properly. Absolutely a disaster, but yeah, you just need to sell as much as possible, who cares about the rest.. Also, you are not getting paid for OT, it doesn't even exist, usually you do 4 flights in a day, you could start at 5:00 AM (It means that you need to get up at 3:30 maybe, and be at the airport on time), and get back home after 5/6 PM, it happened to me a lot of times, and my health, was absolutely a disaster, I had to leave because I had a lot of medical conditions due to flying too much. I couldn't do that anymore.
