Prima di tutto fanno una presentazione genrale, controllano sei hai tatuaggi tanto visibili, (onestamente ho avuto colleghi che ne avevano, ma tendenzialmente di piccoli e copribili con cerotti e trucco. E se non piccoli, teoricamente venivano coperti da camicie, gonne e pantaloni (nella pratica capitava che si vedessero, ma dettagli).
Dopodiché controllano approssimativamente altezza e ti chiedono se sei in grado di nuotare.
Poi fai il colloquio individuale con la recruiter (chiaramente in inglese), che è stato abbastanza semplice. Di base controllano la tua attitudine e il tuo inglese. Ti diranno poi le varie sedi e date per i corsi e da lá parte il percorso effettivo.

Phone call followed by a formal interview. Did not have a second round interview. Was offered the job after the first round interview. The team interviewing were professional but personable and it was a fair interview.
