Pros
Flexibility is huge plus. Results oriented team aspect drives the teams to bring in the revenue. The culture tends to bring a distance between practices, especially in the satellite offices.
Cons
Transaction Tax salaries tend to be low unless you land a big project for the bonus. Still seems to be team bias in regards to landing projects instead of using the teams with experience in a particular state.
