There were 3 rounds in total
Level 1, Level 2 is pretty easy. Felt like a discussion and trying to know you. Asked Automation related questions, real-time scenario questions
Then the recruiter called and scheduled next round with VP. This was where it got tricky
Cancelled two virtual interviews and asked to come to Face to Face
Well that interview is a real one. Drilled down completely and asked everything for almost an hour. However, this company HR is not at all transparent. Recruiter said i cleared the interview with VP too but they are keeping profile on Hold.
They were not at all transparent when it comes to salary expectations right from the initial screening call. Well, at the end heard that they are going ahead with another candidate and no longer considering my candidature. The HR dragged this on for over a month only to hear they hired a candidate who joined for a cheaper price. Like if that is the case, why waste my entire time and energy and my charges to go to office for F2F interview only to hear you can't afford me. People who are giving interview at this organization have to find out, if they can really , LIKE REALLY are okay with salary expectations right at the first initial screening call. Like if they are not okay, they conducting L1 and L2 like a very easy interview and L3 some VP is drilling you down entirely, and hearing profile went on Hold. Like waste of Energy and TIME. At the end, I heard that this organization pays very less, like way less compared to other organizations, However, HR shows off in a whole different way.
