Cons
Toxic culture, poor leadership, internal politics, lack of accountability, inconsistent decision-making, and limited trust in management. The work culture was extremely unhealthy and disappointing. There was a clear lack of trust, transparency, and accountability across teams. A few engineering managers appeared to have disproportionate influence despite not demonstrating strong ownership or meaningful contribution. In many cases, decisions seemed to be driven more by internal politics than by facts, data, or what was best for the team. The Engineering Program team globally and especially in India, in particular, suffered from unstable and inconsistent leadership. Direction frequently changed without clear reasoning, and leadership often failed to operate in a factual, structured, or transparent manner. This created confusion, frustration, and a highly demotivating environment for people trying to do genuine work. The language used is always very disheartening. Overall, the experience was deeply negative, and I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a healthy engineering culture, strong leadership, or fair growth opportunities.
