The interview process felt longer than expected and could have benefited from more proactive communication and coordination. There were multiple instances where interviews were rescheduled, including several team members cancelling the day of, which created some uncertainty around timing and next steps. More consistent communication and tighter scheduling coordination would have made the candidate experience stronger.

It was 3 beginning rounds then 4 in-depth rounds, testing algorithm and system knowledge. The scheduling process was very accommodating however some of the latter interviews did not go well.

There were six interviews altogether. Recruiter, hiring manager, director, VP, then a panel where you present a final project which included presenting a territory plan and going through a roleplay discovery call.
