1. Toxic & Blame culture. No one wants to ask any questions during all staff meeting.
2. Great preferences in leadership. Especially in senior level. If your manager likes u, you can get whatever you want. Otherwise, nothing.
3. No compassion. Force people going back to office during the period of Covid.
4. Fire culture. CEO told people to leave (instead of listening) if not happy during all staff.
5. Arrogant senior leadership. Employees lost job for having different opinions.
6. Pretend listening to suggestions but never make a single change.
