      Good salary and perks, but high turnover and instability

      Good Salary, free lunch, good office space.

      Cons

      It is sales oriented place. Things changes very fast, feel disoriented. One quarter it will be do not worry about cost and very next quarter we did bad with cost. People tend to disappear (aka leave or let get - no one knows much) every week .

      It's a dog friendly office because everyone desperately needs emotional support here!

      You have to be a people pleaser if you take this job because that is exactly what this role demands! You are expected to act fast, move nonstop, and handle everything that needs to be done while making sure clients stay satisfied and happy. Even if that means sacrificing your time, your personal space, and your mental health!
