Your career at RW will heavily depend on who manages you. Many senior management members are either not involved in billing or contribute very little to recruitment activities. Instead, their primary focus is on constantly monitoring consultants' KPIs and activities. Some take micromanagement to an extreme—gaslighting consultants and making them feel incompetent when they fail to meet billing targets or KPIs.
Sexual and power harassment are tolerated as long as individuals excel at office politics. Over the past 5 years, I have seen more than 20 consultants leave under particular senior manager while constant replacements are made, The root cause remains unaddressed.
There is no clear incentive bonus structure. At times, your manager may take advantage of this, giving you a significantly lower bonus while keeping some portion for themselves.
