While our senior leaders are closely engaged with the teams they run, we are also very proud of our culture of entrepreneurialism and pride ourselves on allowing our consultants to manage their own desks without feeling as though they are overly micromanaged. We feel that giving our consultants the freedom to be self-directed helps them to deliver results and makes for a truly rewarding career.
Many members of our senior team have been with the business for a long time. In fact, the average tenure of our senior management team is 12 years - I myself have been with the business over 17 years. Our entrepreneurial culture, is one of the main reasons why our people stay with us for so long - there is a real focus on home grown management, and on building long term careers and future leaders from within. Training is another key area for us and we pride ourselves on the quality of our training.
