Cons
The leadership team was incredibly toxic and unprofessional. I have witnessed fellow employees be yelled at and berated publicly (and quite unnecessarily) during company meetings. One of the leaders would actively share personal and confidential gossip with me about fellow employees--something that made me feel extremely uncomfortable, on top of being a major HR issue. They would make naiive promises to clients that we were then expected to uphold, without any understanding of whether these promises were even achievable (costs/budget and outcomes). I have never been so miserable at a place of employment before or since them. I'm proud to say that I have had an extremely successful career at a variety of organizations, and I would never, ever recommend Rippe Keane as a place of employment for any colleague.
