A full month after applying for a posted position at Rippe Keane through email-- I received a fun, clever, email inviting me for a 30 minute ZOOM, panel interview.
I never heard back after sending my thank you email for the interview time. Failed to send any regrets or closure of interview process to the candidate.

The interview process what very casual. They asked a couple questions pertaining to my resume and then we just talked the rest of the time. I was dissipointed when I reached out after the fact to thank my interviewers for their time, and go no response. However, they did get back to me with a decision in a reasonable manner (3 weeks).

I interviewed with several different people in a panel style. Questions were pretty typical about projects I have worked on in the past. The interviewers were friendly and seemed to really know their stuff.
