Really wonderful team and great outlook.

None that I can think of.

The only pro here is that I was able to connect with a client for a brief second. Worked with them for 8 months and barely received any work.

As a 3rd party consultant, the company sought me out and offered me a contract position. During the engagement the company was non-responsive, taking weeks for my contact to respond to me. The contact would "dangle" client opportunities over the phone and never delivery. After weeks of follow-up without any results, the contact then very rudely and passively told me they no longer need my services. Only to have YET ANOTHER person from their company contact me the same day via Linkedin asking me to join their team as a consultant. I tried to reach out to a manager, and the owner on Linkedin to share my experience and give my feedback and no one was interested. It seems like they want to flip cheap talent and farm their strategies in the process to then regurgitate back to their clients as their own plans. This entire experience has lead me to recommend against using Right Side Up to my existing and potential clients.
