Cons
Context: RLA is in the business of acquiring other businesses with old Life Insurance and Superannuation policies. This review is based on a recent acquisition hence the short tenure. Horrible "agile" business style means zero structure and zero opportunities for growth. Everyone is a "chapter member". Upper management is in another universe. Lower leaders are overworked and thus looking out only for themselves. All workers, old and new, are stressed and confused as to what their deliverables are. The few competent workers are being made redundant while work is piled onto others. Deadlines and turnarounds are unrealistic and work changes by the second, with no communication and poor excuses. No accountability. Every day you will wake up and wonder what fresh he11 you will face today. The problems in this place are so bad that they would take at least a day to explain. Avoid at all costs. There is no growth here. You will be psychologically hurt if you work at this place. Do not work here.
