I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Resolution Life Group (Melbourne)
Interview
I strongly advise caution for anyone applying here. I have been in this company's interview pipeline on three distinct occasions, and each experience resulted in me being completely ghosted by their recruitment team.
Instance 1: The interview panel completely failed to show up for the scheduled interview. I received no explanation, apology, or follow-up communication afterward.
Instance 2: I successfully completed two technical rounds. HR formally called me to state they were releasing an offer letter. The letter never arrived, and they stopped responding to all inquiries.
Instance 3: I completed a standard first-round interview that went well, but was once again met with radio silence—no feedback, and not even a standard rejection email.
A company's interview process is a reflection of how they treat their employees. The repeated lack of basic professional courtesy and communication here is a massive red flag.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Resolution Life Group in Mar 2025
Interview
Simple and straightforward combination of technical and commercial peppered with behavioural questions throughout.
That said, there is an expectation that you have done some read-up on trends in the industry which leads to the technical question below. They will not expect you to understand the technical details, however, when they give you hints about the symptoms and business profile, they expect you to connect the dots.

Question 1
Tell me about the components driving recent claim spikes.
Dug into necessary questions and friendly. No problems at all I had with them. Happy to be interviewed by them. No surprise questions that will catch you off guard. Liked it very much.
