Good place to work with a supportive and friendly environment Strong management and floor team overall. Healthy work–life balance. Managers often organised team outings to local pubs to help everyone relax after a long day.
Cons
Some junior managers tended to be less proactive. Senior managers rarely addressed these issues, creating uneven workloads for the managers who were consistently contributing.
