everything. management feel as though they are superior to everyone and treat you like a child. Environment is more like a dictatorship, do as they say or you're in trouble. No rights/opinion allowed. Have to work in silence otherwise you will receive a report which eventually leads to investigation. Everyone unhappy and rude. Store manager is the worst. Does not care about staff, only the company and overworks everyone.

Being surrounded by pretty clothes and interacting with friendly co-workers and customers.

Cons

Very long 12 hour shifts! I had to stand on my feet the whole time and fold clothes. The only break I was given was a half an hour long lunch break. I also didn't have many responsibilities other than tidying up the clothing, greeting the customers and helping them out. I also had to vacuum the store after every shift. I got paid almost nothing..
