Pros

I have the flexibility to work remotely

Cons

It hasn't even been a year and I'm already suffering from burn out and the toxic culture. Every team is severely understaffed and they don't really backfill. I've been put in a lot of uncomfortable situations by leadership and people expect you to work during evenings and on the weekends. During my interview, I asked for a specific salary and management said it was too high. When I got here and was compensating new roles, the position below me was paid more than I'm currently making. Talk about feeling valued.

Pros

*Benefits are a bit pricey, but you'll be well covered *Great coworkers *Lunch for in office workers.

Cons

*Constant layoffs. Even after leaving I'm still seeing a lot of former colleagues being let go. Great talent has been let go to cut costs. *Pay is much lower than industry average and it seems there is no budget to increase pay. *Platform has bugs and issues that were never resolved by engineering, leaving teams to develop work arounds and frustrating clients. *For bugs that are addressed, solutions take weeks to months to get fixed frustrating clients and resulting in churn. *Lack of direction and leadership. All teams are on their own path without clear direction. *No 401k match.
