Pros

Free Caltrain pass. Free lunches and snacks. Unlimited PTO. Great location.

Cons

I find it very entertaining to read the fake positive reviews written on this site by HR. Anyone with common sense can easily distinguish the fake vs the real reviews. How can the reviews be so far apart on the spectrum? Reputation was one of the most unorganized companies I have worked for. After 10 years in business you would think they have their stuff together or at least an star stellar product. The products are barely taking off and I would not recommend it to people or businesses. Customers file complaints and demand refunds all the time. The sales department is definitely slacking because they hire anyone and throw them in the water to sell. This is the case in many departments. There is no proper training. I was fortunate to have a wonderful manager while I was there and we both agreed, along with our team, that this place was a mess. Luckily we all have moved on from Reputation. Michael Fertik may not be the CEO anymore but he is still around. I have witnessed him be-little employees and it was very appalling the way he treated people. If you are considering a job here, I would truly reconsider. Reputation's turnover rate is extremely high for the industry. People drop like flies whether is voluntary or involuntary.

Pros

-Free lunches, snacks, games in the office. -Some of the people are so, so friendly, I love working with them. -Decent benefits, but huge room for improvement. -Pretty office.

Cons

Absolute and total lack of organization within. Positions are created and dissolved faster than you can blink, and turnover abounds. There's a sense of fear that permeates the company and causes wild amounts of stress among employees. As far as policies go, there are none. Everyone does everything differently. Upper management has no clue what goes on in the trenches, and doesn't care to learn. Meetings are had where they admit issues and commit to solutions but....nothing ever actually gets done? Communication is inconsistent at best, and we're told of changes after they happen. Many, many people are worked to the point of complete burnout; returning emails into the early hours of the morning. But hey, no internal meetings on Wednesdays! Only a couple teams get recognition. Everyone else could not exist for all senior management cares. If I were you, I'd avoid working here.

Pros

They throw expensive/elaborate events (which isn't necessarily a pro).

Cons

When Joe Fuca took over as CEO, it was the start of the decline of the company. New Execs brought in, mostly his personal friends or previous colleagues. Very boys club mentality. Most decisions for the entire company are based on what Joe wants, not what's best for the company/departments/individuals.
