Pros

The location of the office is great. Some nice people to work around.

Cons

They only have one person in this position currently because it is so hard to find someone to replace this person. There is a quota of how many you have to enter and get fees for per week. The quota is a ridiculous number because most of the time you get rejected. The landlords reject you because they don't know the company at all. Sometimes no matter how hard you try to get to the quota you won't get it, and then you get talked to because you're not achieving that quota. Also because of this stress it was not worth the long commute and two train passes.

Rental Beast Response

At Rental Beast we work hard to ensure our new team members succeed. On average, our training period lasts nearly a month for our entry positions. We also try to make sure new team members fully understand the role before they are hired, but it is clear we can improve our process. We are always working hard to improve our visibility! Recent partnerships with leading companies, including Facebook and Realtor.com, are important steps along this path.
