Rental Beast interview questions

Initial steps in the interview were great. The Director reached out rather quickly for an interview. That was followed by a meeting with the team the following week. Everyone was professional and easy to talk to. I was feeling super confident and expecting to hear back rather quickly. There was then a 2 week break when I did not hear anything. I got an email saying the Director had to step out for a week hence the delay and I should be hearing back the following week. I was still super excited and confident. Almost another 2 weeks passed and I finally received a rejection email. I wish the process would have ended as strong as it started. I understand "start-up" culture, but this is a really though time for people to find jobs, especially in marketing, so not hearing back for weeks on end really hits your confidence.
