I'm also * very* happy that you know we care genuinely and deeply about DEI.
Good advice that 'moving fast means sometimes things aren't done perfectly'. I think that's a challenge of a rapidly growing business but we'll always work hard (with your partnership/influence!) to get the most important things right as we scale. And appreciate you sharing that sometimes execs are involved at a level of detail that hinders progress.
