Relation Insurance Services Response

Thanks for writing this review. we appreciate the feedback. A response, from Ed Page, our President: In 2013, a new senior management team lead by Joe Tatum and myself started taking the company in a positive direction. A strategic 3-5 year plan was a key part of that direction and everyone at Ascension has done a great job of executing that plan. Our first priority has always been organic growth (growth excluding acquisitions) and we have had tremendous success over the last three years. One thing that stands out was improving sales process and results (which have always fed off of our superior service from our service team). We do also believe in growth by acquisition and have been quite pleased with the people/companies that we have brought on board. Our number one criteria when evaluating a person/company is whether they are a cultural fit to the great things that we are trying to do here. We absolutely believe in being long term players and not playing for the short term. That's also why we've invested milliions of dollars in long term strategic assets such as technology, one of the world’s largest and best loss control departments, and a superior claims management department, to name a few. Best, Ed

Pros

Medical and wellness benefits superior to similar organizations.

Cons

Frequently dishonest and/or considerable lack of transparency & communication. Salary less than industry standards, client satisfaction and quality of work often not a priority. Employees are frequently not experienced and do not receive adequate training due to low salaries, hiring in lower salaried states, poor management and inadequate technology and management systems. No bonus structure, no referral incentive, minimal to no annual raises and it was often that Employees were given knock off products, candy, pizza, etc... as "appreciation " gifts.
