Relation Insurance Services interview questions

I applied online and received an invitation for a phone screener. There was another interview and I later provided references. I found the person I interviewed with to be unprofessional and unorganized both before the interview and during. I also think she lacked appropriate communication skills for her position. My interactions with her tainted my view of the entire organization.

This process through Recruiting and HR was hands down the most drawn out, unnecessarily difficult and "canned" interview process I've ever been through. It was very much checking boxes and moving on instead of actually trying to get to know me or my experience.
