Pros

the coffee was top notch

Cons

Management was a bit abrasive at times. work/life balance did not exist, management style in some cases felt more like you were punished for making a mistake than being addressed as an adult. the pay is okay but not competitive to other businesses around it, employees are encouraged to tell on each other for dumb errors;

Pros

Great job experience along with an even greater management team. One thing that stood out to me during my time here was the training and the supervisors. The training for the job position was very thought out. Both supervisors were helpful and made sure that you knew every step of the process before piling on more. They were a big helping hand in the beginning of the process and they encourage you to ask questions even after your training phase. The job is fairly easy and they have a hourly quota that you must meet, which keeps you busy throughout the day. The office is well ventilated and located in a very nice area. It has an amazing cafeteria with an even more amazing coffee machine. They provide many accessories (standing desk, fans, office supplies, chairs etc..) to help you with the job, and they give away prizes for the best employees of the month which serves as incentive to give it your all every day. Free bagels every Friday morning and on occasion they have free food (fatburger, etc.) for all the employees. Above all, they have a really good transportation department manager that an office could ask for. She is very understanding and helpful with whatever her employees need. I would definitely recommend this job to a family member or friend.

Cons

The job gets a little repetitive, but that's what breaks are for.
