Pros

The break room is nice.

Cons

Everyone is miserable. The majority of people want out. Management wants you to believe they're accessible but they aren't. Supervisors micromanage. Expect to be punished for every little mistake.

Pros

Owner has vision for the future of the company; potential for a lot of growth and expansion. Despite complaints by others about the owner; he is a cool guy caring after his business. He goes out of his way to provide his employees with various ways of compensation. Professional Great industry to work in Great location & office Great co-workers Nice HR Client relations dudes know how to handle business VP is respectful

Cons

Customer care Management & Supervisors Their "policies" demand that you live for this job and forget about your own (not worth the pay). No accountability from management or supervisors; being tardy and getting written up only applies to the lower work slaves You must become managements pet and tell on others in order to get any type of promotion or raise A lot of favoritism, management has their buddies and family members in the supervisor/lead roles. You will get blamed wrongfully without any proof. I was promised a raise during my interview after 6 months and that never came. I took twice as much calls as everyone and never received any complaints but magically a friend of the manager gets a raise after 2 months of being hired Working hard and being the top agent based on numbers means nothing to them, supervisors will see you as their competitor and will postpone any advance training just to stagnate your growth within the company. Very poor work & business ethics from supervisors Poor problem solving skills by supervisors will have the clients call in upset because something has not been dealt with properly Poor structure & training

Pros

They have a nice breakroom.

Cons

What a joke. Save yourself from a company that blames you and calles you a liar. Management's attitudes are fake. They don't have the right equipment, headsets, computers, phones, and people to train the outbound phone reps. They promise 3 weeks of training but it's not. Four days of reading paperwork, 1 week of shadowing, 1 week of being shadowed. I was promised a couple of times I would follow people, the 1st person couldn't stop doing what she had to do to train me I was told to just sit there. The he next day I trained with her again and we had nothing to do. The 2nd person I trained with showed me a few things but for 20 min. They said Monday will be different you will train with so-and-so all day. Monday came and that never happened, just more reading paperwork. Next day someone was supposed to sit with me for a long while, he came over and said he only had 10min. Then they ask you why you are not performing well. I had a sinus infection from all the built up dust balls and caked on gunk everywhere. Side note, there is no recycling, everything thrown away in the same trash cans, with 100 employees.... come on. And lastly, I called in sick because of my sinus infection, I didn't get a business card from the person you have to call when you are going to be late or absent, no directory on the phone, and I didn't know anyone's extention numbers, and the next day I was basically called a liar that the card was given to me when it never was, but I called and left a message with the direct line I had with the HR person.
