Cons

I had a very disappointing experience working with RegisterKaro. I feel it's important to share my journey for the benefit of others considering employment here. 1. False Job Title & Misleading Advertisement: I applied for the position of SEO Associate, but was given the role of SEO Executive in the offer letter—without any prior discussion. When I raised this concern with HR, I was told the correction could only be done after a 3-month probation period. This already set a tone of mistrust. 2. No Structured Workflow or Hierarchy: The company lacks basic structure—there is no clear hierarchy, no defined work processes, and absolutely no standard operating procedures. This creates confusion, delays, and unnecessary stress across all teams. 3. Unrealistic SEO Expectations: The management clearly lacks understanding of how SEO works. They assign irrational targets that aren't in line with ethical or practical SEO practices. It's disheartening to see that this not only affects the SEO team, but other departments are also facing similar issues. 4. Broken Promises: During the induction, HR assured us that we would receive our appointment letters within a week. It's been four months, and that promise was never fulfilled. 5. Insensitive & Unfair Termination: I had to deal with a series of unavoidable medical emergencies—my wife underwent surgery and I myself was advised complete rest due to back pain. I communicated this to the management, yet instead of supporting me during a tough time, they chose to terminate my employment. Overall, my time at RegisterKaro was filled with unprofessionalism, mismanagement, and a complete lack of empathy. I would strongly advise job seekers to think twice before considering this company, especially if you're looking for career growth and a respectful work environment.

Pros

Leaving the company is the best thing

Cons

I recently quit a firm in Gurgaon, and honestly, the relief is huge. I was hired for operations, but my day felt like a never-ending sales marathon because the actual sales team would make impossible promises to clients just to close deals, then disappear. I was the one getting called a 'fraud' by angry customers while commuting 12 hours a day for a 6-day work week on minimum wage. The breaking point was during a 'review drive' in April. Management promised us ₹100 for every review we brought in. I managed to get 15 reviews in just three days, thinking it would help with the low salary, but they never paid a single rupee. It’s one thing to have a heavy workload, but being forced into every department’s mess while being lied to about incentives is another level. How do you deal with companies that expect you to be a 'jack of all trades' for basic pay? Is it even worth trying to navigate the culture in these small 'Lala' setups, or is jumping ship the only real option?
